DL's unbroken the entire time (really had to push through on the last 2 rounds). Had a tougher time with the hand release push ups, but broke it up into 10's and 5's, where necessary. -

5 Rounds (all at 75/55)
20 Push Press
20 Overhead Squats
15 min capI did it at 45 and failed to finish. Made it through 3 Rounds + 20 push press and 11 OHS.
