Toes To Bar (3 rounds of 10 reps)
Double Unders (3 rounds of 30 reps) -
Ring Dips, Tire Flip, Wall Climb, Turkish Get-ups, Rope Climb, Plank Workout
1 minute each of:
ring inverts - scaled ring dips (red band)
tire flips + jump through
reverse burpees - scaled wall climb as far as you can
