15 KB suitcase deadlift- 32kg & 24kg
15 Ab mats with 20 lb. plate
20 box jumps- 24"I wasn't able to make it out yesterday, so I did a slightly modified version at home. I threw in 5 extra reps per set on the deads to compensate for the lower weights. I used the two biggest KB's I own.

10x goblet squat, holding 20kg kettlebell
10x each arm; landmine
30s pushup position, followed by max. pushups (I got to 10)
30s rope battle
60s airdyne cycling at 60rpm1.3km run
