- 3 Toes-to-bar
- 6 Clean and jerk
- 6 Toes-to-bar
- 9 Clean and jerk
- 9 Toes-to-bar
- 12 Clean and jerk
- 12 Toes-to-bar
- 15 Clean and jerk
- 15 Toes-to-bar
etc...MOD - I have to kick from the ground on toes2bar which is not allowed in the games.
I used #135. Completed 12 rounds + 5 C&J -

12 Clean and jerk 135/95lbsMade it through everything listed above for a total of 58. I started to run out of gas on the last round of cleans. I really need to work on my pulls, but I had zero trouble with the jerk/press side of things. I felt like I could have done those with 135 all day.
