5 Power Cleans @ 70% 1rm - Subbed 10 Box Jumps
10 Wallballs - Subbed 20 Abmats
50 Double unders - These killed me today!
Still working on shoulder rehab. Starting daily adjustments to get this thing under control!!

Monday 120903 Workout
Three rounds for time of:
15 pull-ups
20 Burpees
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 15 reps -
3.1.11 Workout
“Tabata Something Else”
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats*For each exercise complete max reps in 8 rounds of 20 sec work followed by 10 sec rest

Had trouble with my double unders. Could have cut 1.5 mins. if they would have cooperated.
