Bench Press
• 5 reps at 50% NT1RM
• 3 reps at 60% NT1RM
• 2 reps at 70% NT1RM
• 1 rep at 75% NT1RM
• 1 rep at 80% NT1RM
• AMRAP at 85% NT1RM -
Back Squat 10x3 Strength
10 sets:
• 3 Back Squats
Weight: 85% of T1RM Back Squat. Your training 1 rep max (T1RM) is 90% of your current 1 rep max. Perform all sets at this weight. Rest 2 min between sets. -
