5 High Box JumpsBuild quickly to a heavy set of 5 reps and then do a total of 5 sets at that weight.
Should be increase in load from last session. -
E2MOM Power Snatch+Press Strength
E2MOM 12 minutes
5 Power Snatch+ Pressing Snatch BalanceBuild to a heavy set of 5 reps.
Focus should be on good movement and positioning over weight and speed. -

15 Burpee Box JumpsMax effort in each interval. Note your time for every interval.
