Pre-WOD: 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 Dead Lifts, last rep at 365# (50 lb PR for me, getting there).
WOD: Tabata (8 rounds of each, record the low round)

Pre-WOD: 5x5 Front Squats
WOD: 3 rounds for time
-20 Bar Facing Burpees
-20 Push Press (95# M, 65# W)
Front Squat: Last set was at 225#. I failed on the 3rd one but then did the last 3 in a row.
