    My double unders are not there just yet, so I did 150 single unders which really hurt my time.

    3 Hang squat cleans (155#)
    6 HSPU

  • Body-Weight W/O Workout

    Start with 50 Double Unders - 150 singles

    Then:

    1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10

    Hand Release Push-up

    Ring Dips (w/band)

    Wallball 20/14 (10lb ball)

    Then:

    End with 50 Double Unders - 150 singles

    Ring Dips . Regular dips with green band for me.

  • Birdman Workout

    WOD: 12 minutes AMRAP

    3 Hang Squat Clean (45lbs)
    6 HSPU (subbed 45lb push/shoulder press)

    Post WOD: Tabata Sit-ups (20 sec) / Push-ups (10 sec). Got 9/7.

    Brandon basically told me that his wife could kick my ass at this WOD any day of the week.

  • Interval Running Workout

    10 x 1 minute on @85-90%, 1 minute off walking

    Total distance covered: 1.85 miles.

    Overpronating a lot, causing pain along the tibia.

  • Squat snatch Workout

    Full squat snatch 1x7

    45-65-75-85-95-100-105(failed)

  • Monday WOD Workout

    5 rounds for time
    15 pull ups assisted
    15 ring dips assisted
    75 s/u jump ropes
