- 6 Deadlifts 100kg
- 12 Bar facing burpees
- 6 Deadlifts 100kg

- 1 Muscle up and spin around the bar (each athlete)
- 6 Hang snatches 20kg kettlebell
- 12 Hand release pushups
- 6 Hang snatches 20kg kettlebell

- 1 Muscle up and spin around the bar (each athlete)
Score is total reps performed in total

150 wall ball shots (20# M, 14# W)This is the first time I've ever done this workout. I think I've purposefully skipped it every time we've done this @ the gym. But I finally did it, and I'm okay with my time...I hope to not have to do this again for a while :)
