Member Week Day 5 Workout
Hell WOD + Team WOD:
- This will be the last day of The Member Week
- Today we will have two different options for your workout of the day. One is the Hell WOD hosted at Crossfit Basement Töölö (outdoors) and the second option is Team Wod at both gyms from 9-12.
- Be sure to book the one you want to join since there is two options in the bookings page
- At the evening there will be a summer ending party at Ravintola Halo so remember to sign up for that also. You can find the sign-up sheets on both gyms -
