Sumo Deadlift High Pull (65#)
Knees To Elbows- 10 ring rows between rounds.

Deadlift for :15 of each minute and rest for the rest. EMOM for 10 minutes - for reps and weight (go heavy) Strength
EMOM for the first :15 of each minute, then rest the remainder of the minute.
