On the 2:00 – 2 Reps @ 72% of 1RM
On the 3:00 – 1 Rep @ 77% of 1RM
On the 4:00 – 2 Reps @ 72% of 1RM
On the 5:00 – 2 Reps @ 77% of 1RM
On the 6:00 – 1 Rep @ 82% of 1RM
On the 7:00 – Rest
3 Sets of 1 Repetition, with one set on each minute thereafter (On the 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00). -
