Heavy Back Squat / Double Unders Workout
3 rds of:
11 Back Squats 235#
35 Double Unders*for every break in a set, 1 burpee penalty
6 total misses (my rope was cold, and stiff)
I also worked on split snatches.

40 minutes I go you go partner WOD. 30 minutes of 5 x 20kg weighted dips, 10 pull ups, 22 press ups (8 rounds) then straight into 10 minutes of 3/6/9 dips (6 rounds). Tritastic with Paddy K.
