As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes
- 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (135/95)
- 8 Lateral Burpees
- 9 Lunge StepsSame old story...back has been really tight and hard to get warmed up enough to feel comfortable with Rx weight. First round at 115 was tough, rounds 2-7 were really pretty easy...unbroken for all 7+ rounds.
Really need to do more warm up....maybe with deadlift, weighted squats and kettlebell swings.
