DU's Suck! Round 2 Workout
2nd time doing this one since 1st time my double unders sucked so bad. My last score was 11:50. this time the middle "DT" rounds were tough since I did heavy overhead yesterday. Time for a break on my shoulders. new PR is 10:10 and I'll take it!
