800m @ 10km pace
400m @ jog recovery– Walk/Recover for 4:00 before next part –
4 Sets
200m Stride @ 85-90% effort
200m @ walk/very easy jog recoveryIntent (strides). These are not sprints. The goal is to reinforce relaxed speed, coordination and efficient mechanics after the threshold work.

16.5.2026 Clean & Jerk ( Strength ) Workout
EMOM 6 (0:30 AMRAP / 0:30 Rest)
Power clean and jerks @ 70%1RM PC+J
– Each minute is a 30-sec AMRAP of Power clean and jerks @ 70%1RM power clean and jerk, followed by 30-sec rest
– Fast singles. Don’t sacrifice technique to get 1-2 more reps. Stay consistent. -
16.5.2026 Snatch ( Strength ) Workout
3 x 1+2 @ 70%, EMOM
5 x 1+1 @ 75-80%, E1:15– Each set is 1 Low hang snatch (hang snatch from below the knee) and 1 or 2 full snatch (from the floor). Drop the bar between each lift and reset.
