3 rounds for time:
20 GHD sit-ups
20 weighted lunges (alternate legs, and use a 20-40 kg sandbag)
20 wall balls -
Max rep lunges and t2b Workout
5 rounds for max reps:
* weighted lunge, left
* weighted lunge, right
* toes to barRest as needed

3 rounds:
* Hang squat clean thrusters (50/35kg), max reps in 1 minute
* Double-unders, max reps in 1 minute
* Rest 1 minute between rounds. -
