CORE Workout
AMRAP 10 min
- 10 toes to bar.
- 10 sit ups.
- 10 hollow rocks.
- 10 knees to chest on the floor. -
Hang Clean (power position) + Front Squat + Jerk Strength
5x1 Hang Clean (power position) + Front Squat + Jerk -work to a max complex for the session.
