1-10 BurpeeOhje: Harjoitus on tarkoitus tehdä mahdollisimman nopeasti. Tee 10 kahvakuulaheilautusta, jonka jälkeen 1 yleisliike. Seuraavalla kierroksella 9 heilautusta ja 2 burpeeta. Viimeisellä kierroksella teet yhden heilautuksen ja 10 burpeeta. Valitse kuulan paino päivän kunnon mukaan.
Ps. Liikkeiden yhteenlaskettu määrä on joka kierroksella 11 (helpottaa laskemista).
