10 Good mornings
10 Knees to elbows
10 DB Bent over row -
Holy grip Workout
3 rounds:
Max time hang on the bar. Immediately after hanging, max distance farmers walk, with 2x32/24 kg kettlebells.
Rest 3min btw sets. While resting do 30 abmat SU.
Post the total distance walked.
