Training programs-
Woehlke Workout
3 rounds, each for time of:
- 4 jerks, 185 lb.
- 5 front squats, 185 lb.
- 6 power cleans, 185 lb.
- 40 pull-ups
- 50 push-ups
- 60 sit-ups
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

Endurance Workout
Every 3 minutes for 36 minutes (3 rounds each)
Station 1: 40/30 cal row
Station 2: max HS hold into plank hold
Station 3: run 450 m
Station 4: 30 sit ups + 15 push ups -
