DB bent over row + Strict press Workout
Do as a superset w/ double DB
3-4 rounds, rest as needed:
12 Bent over row
16 (8/8) Strict press (alternating, other hand holds front rack) -
Rowing, HSPUs, and rope climbs Workout
4 rounds for time of:
- 500-meter row
- 15 handstand push-ups
- 1 rope climb “double-up”, 15-ft. rope
Do handstand push-ups on parallettes. A “double-up” is a two-round trip from seated with only “touch-and-go” between ascents.

Hip extensions, high pulls and landmine presses Workout
4 rounds:
10 hip extension (use band if too easy)
10/10 one arm KB high pulls
10/10 kneeling landmine press -
For time Workout
- Power Clean (70/47.5), 30 DU 2 Power Cleans (70/47.5), 30 DU 3 Power Cleans (70/47.5), 30 DU ….. 10 Power Cleans (70/47.5), 30 DU
