Workout 16.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
- 10 power snatches
- 3 bar muscle-ups
Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb. -

20min EMOM:
1) 3 Power Clean + 3 Front Squat + 3 STOH
2) 3-10 Pull-Up.
Use around 50-60% of your C&J 1RM.
