    20min EMOM with a partner
    - obstacles (over-under)
    - cartwheels
    - zigzag tires
    - crawl + forward roll
    (- monkey rings)

    Movements will be scaled to everyone's abilities.

  • Bench Press 1RM Strength

    Bench Press, 1 repetition as heavy as possible.

    Starts with arms straight, TOUCH the chest (at sternum) with the barbell, finish with arms straight.

    Post 3 heaviest attempts.
