30 double undersTry to maintain rhytm on toes to bars, choose scaling that allows you to do more than singles. Highly skilled athletes should push the pace and/or do long sets. Lower t2b skill levels should concentrate in t2b and take it easier with other movements. Also optional to scale double under to singles to keep heart rate low and save energy for t2b.
