10 shoulder press
10 front squat
10 push press
10 back squat
10 hang power clean
10 OH squat
10 KB swings or DL
10 GHD hip extension
10 bar kip
10 pull-up
10 push-upFocus on building the technique from the ground up. Record the weight of the barbell. Use the same weight for all movements (KB swings should be adjusted accordingly).
Record also any scaling used for the pull-ups and push-ups.
