  • Armstrong pullup day 1 Workout

    5 sets of max pullup reps, 90 seconds rest in between.
    The result is the total amount of reps.

  • Armstrong pullup day 2 Workout

    1 rep, 2 reps, 3 reps, 4 reps,... Until a failed set. 10 seconds rest between sets. After the failed set, 30 seconds rest and a max rep set.
    The result is the total amount of reps.

  • Armstrong pullup day 3 Workout

    3 sets pullups half max reps (normal grip).
    3 sets chinups half max reps (narrow grip).
    3 sets pullups half max reps (wide grip).
    60 secs rest between sets.

  • Armstrong pullup day 4 Workout

    Max amount of sets of half max reps. 60 secs rest between sets.
    The result is the total amount of reps.

  • Armstrong pullup day 5 Strength

    5 sets of 6 reps of weighted pullups
