Basic acrobatics for beginners

If you enjoy quadrupedal movement aka eläinliikkeet, then come and challenge yourself to this fully beginners class.

Get in touch with your inner child and come to re-learn how to fall, roll, cartwheel and play. We will build up everything based on level of participants and take a look at how to condition wrists and shoulders for new impact.
