Hip Hop -tunneilla keskitytään tekniikkaan, grooveen ja musikaalisuuteen. Tunti koostuu alkulämmittelystä, erilaisista liike-, tekniikka- ja groove-harjoituksista, sekä tunnin lopuksi harjoitusten pohjalta tehtävästä rutiinista. Lisäksi tunnilla tehdään erilaisia freestyle harjoituksia. Opettajana tunnilla on Taija Hinkkanen.
