Hip Hop-tunneilla keskitytään tekniikkaan, grooveen ja musikaalisuuteen. Tunti koostuu alkulämmittelystä, erilaisista liike, tekniikka ja groove harjoituksista, sekä tunnin lopuksi harjoitusten pohjalta tehtävästä rutiinista. Lisäksi tunnilla tehdään erilaisia freestyle harjoituksia. Tunnin opettaja on Linda Ilves.
