Open styles workshop: One Nation Under the Groove
"This workshop will be all about the Groove and the relation to the music and natural movements in the body. We will work with different concepts and tools, that will help us understand better how to exchange within dance with others, how to take inspiration from each other and grow together. We will work with grooves and movements from different dance styles and cultures and work with the aspects of freestyle.
This workshop is for all styles of dancers. We will work our way from the top to touching the floor. It's mostly about having fun, digging into one's own practice and grow together"
