Break (breakdance, breaking, b-boying) on New Yorkista lähtöisin oleva alkuperäinen katutanssi. Break-tunneilla harjoitellaan lajin tekniikoita pystyssä ja lattialla, jonka lisäksi panostetaan lajin historiaan, rytmiin, itsevarmuuteen, ja fiilistelyyn. Tunnin opettaja on Hugo Sandberg
