CrossFit Foundation course - January 2024

In the CrossFit Foundations Course we go through fundamental movements which are essential to CrossFit and allows you to join the daily classes or WOD's (Workout of the Day). This Foundations course consists of 3 classes within a week. Each class lasts 1,5 - 2 hours. The cost of the course is 195 € and includes a training until end of January 2024 in the daily classes. If you cancel up to 5 days prior the entire entry cost will be refunded after which no refund is possible.
