CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that treats the body as a unit. Every person who participates in CrossFit is treated like an athlete. Athletes must be fit for all different scenarios in life whether it be a specific sport or the sport of life. Each day a new work out is posted on our website for the day, these are know as Work Out of the Day (WODs). WODs are scaled to meet everyone’s fitness level and experience. This means if you are new to CrossFit you can compete and keep up with an elite CrossFitter.
