MKG Seattle opened in 2000 and since then we have continued to grow and expand our services. On October 1, 2012, we opened our brand new 24,000 sq. ft. Martial Arts and Fitness Facility, with over 2,000 sq. ft. dedicated to CrossFit classes here in Seattle.
