We are more than just Metabolic Fitness Center. We are CrossFit Backlash! All of our trainers have their Level 1 CrossFit certification. We are here to provide training and WOD's for the competitive CrossFitter. Kade Lingemann has been training consistently to compete at the regions and eventually the CrossFit Games. This year he will be attending the CrossFit Games as a spectator. Not only will he gain invaluable information on the level of competition, but will continue to feed his competitive desire. We are also hoping he brings back some additional equipment for the gym. Hopefully, we get the pleasure of watching him compete one day!
