A professional 700sqm facility that spans over 2 levels. With class's upstairs and an elite gym facility downstairs where we perform 1-1, small groups and semi private training.
Our motto: Movement - Strength - Performance says it all. We start by taking you through a gross movement assessment (FMS) that gives us information on what movements you need to work on to perform at your peak. Once your moves are as smooth as silk we than build strength in those good patterns. The performance is anything you want to be run a marathon, get crazy strong, step on stage, crossfit its your decision but rest assured that by going through our process you will be moving more efficiently and blowing old PRs out of the water!
